      目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和膜结合型前列腺素E2 合成酶1(mPGES-1)在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方 法:采用免疫组化SP 法分别检测49 例肾透明细胞癌组织标本和21 例正常肾组织标本中COX-2 和mPGES-1 的表达。结果: COX-2 在正常肾组织中的阳性表达率为4.8%,在肾透明细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率为53.1%(P<0.05);mPGES-1 在正常肾组织 中的阳性表达率为4.8%,在肾透明细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率为40.8%(P<0.05);COX-2 和mPGES-1 的高表达均与肾透明细胞 癌的病理分级和临床分期无相关性(P>0.05);COX-2 和mPGES-1 在肾透明细胞癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),r=0.5。结论: COX-2 和mPGES-1 在肾透明细胞癌发生及发展过程中共同发挥重要作用;COX-2 和mPGES-1 可能成为肾透明细胞癌新的治疗 靶点。

      Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and microsomal prostaglandin E2 synthase-1 (mPGES-1) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Methods: 49 cases of clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues specimens and 21 cases of normal renal tissues specimens were used to detect the expression and the clinicopathological features of COX-2 and mPGES-1 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma by means of immunohistochemistry SP method. Results: COX-2 positive expression rate in normal renal tissue was 4.8%. On the contrary, COX-2 positive expression rate in clear cell renal cell carcinoma was 53.1% (P<0.05). mPGES-1 positive expression rate in normal renal tissue was 4.8%. On the contrary, mPGES-1 positive expression rate in clear cell renal cell carcinoma was 40.8% (P<0.05). The overexpression of mPGES-1 and COX-2 was not correlated with the pathologic grading and clinical staging of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (P>0.05). The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with mPGES-1 (P<0.05), r=0.5. Conclusion: COX-2 and mPGES-1 might play crucial roles in the occurrence and development of clear cell renal cell carcinoma in common; COX-2 and mPGES-1 may be the novel therapeutic targets for treatment of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
