| 目的：探讨原发性肝细胞癌（PCCCL）的影像学及临床病理等特点，提高对肝透明细胞癌的认识，早期确诊、早期治疗、改善
预后等，以避免临床误诊，并评价PCCCL 的预后比例及疗效。方法：回顾性分析了2009 年至2010 年我院肿瘤科收治的3 例肝透
明细胞癌患者的临床资料、影像学质料，以及临床治疗和随访情况。结果：3 例均为男性，2 例行氩氦刀靶向消融治疗，1 例行CT
引导下射频消融治疗，术后随访半年2 例过世，1 例生存。结论：原发性肝细胞癌透明细胞型早期诊断尤为重要，及时手术切除及
消融治疗是取得较好疗效的关键。 |

| Objective: To improve the awareness of the primary clear cell carcinoma of liver, to avoid misdiagnosis, early diagnosis,
treatment and improve prognosis. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the 2009 -2010 oncology in our hospital were treated three cases
of clear cell carcinoma of liver in patients with clinical data, treatment and follow up the situation. Results: Three patients were males,
two of them did argon-helium cryoablation, one did CT-guided radio-frequency ablation, Postoperative followed up for six months only
one case is survival. Conclusions: Early diagnosis of the primary clear cell carcinoma of liver is particularly important. Timely, surgical
resection and ablation therapy is the key to achieve better effect. |
