| The diagnosis and the cure of pilon fracture is one of the most challenging problems in orthopedics, many
complication, high invalidism. The conception of the diagnosis and the cure of Pilon fracture is continuous renewal in recent years. This
article sums up the progress of its types, surgery methods, fix methods and the prevention and cure of complication. Preoperative must put
forward reasonable and perfect treatment according to the fracture types and soft tissue injury level and scope, to choose correctly and
control operation time complication, and to get ankle function is good to recovery. |
