| Liver fibrosis is the presence of scar tissue in the liver. Although it varies in location within the liver, especially in
early disease, the liver scar uniformly represents both an excess of extracellular matrix (ECM) and a shift in the quality of that matrix.
Protein drug have lots of advantages in cure disease, so we conclude protein drugs in liver fibrosis'therapy, in order to provide ideas to
new drug research. |
