成等。近年来研究表明，Src 在胃癌组织中异常表达或活性增高，与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。因此，研究Src 和胃癌的关系有着重
要意义。目前，针对Src 的靶向抑制剂已经进入临床试验。大量研究发现，Src 抑制剂包括Dasatinib、AZD0530、Sunitinib 等对胃癌
有抑制作用，这将为胃癌的治疗开辟新的治疗途径。 |

| The Src protein is identified as a member of the largest family of nonreceptor protein tyrosine kinases and has been
strongly linked to its ability to responsible for a diverse array of key signal transduction pathways in regulating Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori)
infection, cell adhesion, Receptor-Mediated, proliferation and angiogenesis of the gastric cancer. In recent years, researchers have revealed
that Src is excessive expressed or activated in gastric cancer cell lines and tissue,which may be intimately correlated with the development
and progression of the gastric cancer by facilitating the action of other signaling proteins. This indicates that Src may represent a potentially
promising therapeutic target for patients with gastric cancer. So far, a number of inhibitors of Src kinase have been begun to
move in clinical trials. Studies suggest that the Src inhibitors,including Dasatinib, AZD0530, Sunitinib could block Src activation and inhibit
these pathways, resulting in antitumor activity of gastric cancer cell lines. The Src inhibitors may open a new pathway for the therapy
of gastric cancer in the future. |
