| 本文采用超临界CO2 流体法萃取三个品种咸宁桂花的干桂花得到其精油；采用石油醚浸提法浸提鲜桂花得到其浸膏，用气
质联用分析了萃取桂花精油和浸膏的香气成分及其相对含量。进一步探讨了获得的精油对前驱脂肪细胞株3T3-L1 细胞培养及
生长的影响，并行人体神经舒压试验。结果发现其可减少细胞中的中性脂肪量；心电图LF 和HF 数据显示桂花精油具有一定的神
经舒缓功效。 |

| We extracted and got the essential oils from three varieties of dry Osmanthus fragrans in Xianning by supercritical
CO2 fluid method; we extracted fresh O. fragrans by petroleum ether extraction method and got its extractum. Then we assayed by using
GC-MS the fragrance ingredients and their relative content of extracted essential oils and extracts of sweet-scented O. fragrans. In this
study, we performed the culture and growth experiments of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte with the O. fragrans essential oils, as well as the human
nervous diastolic pressure test. Results showed the essential oils can reduce the amount of neutral fat. The data of electrocardiogram LF
and HF showed the osmanthus essential oil has some nerve soothing effect. |
