Objective: To investgate the tissue-specific of miR-30b and to detect the expression of miR-30b in hearts, livers,
brains, kidneys, spleens and skeleton muscles of mice. Methods: The Real-time Quantitative PCR method were used to detect the
expression levels of miR-30b in hearts, livers, brains, kidneys, spleens and skeleton muscles of 6 male C57BL/6J mice. Results: The
expression level of miR-30b in livers of mice was the lowest. Compared the expression level in livers, the relative expression levels of
miR-30b in hearts, brains, kidneys, spleens and skeletal muscles were respectively 13.13±0.899, 9.497±0.717, 4.478±1.031, 6.751±0.596,
2.538±0.79. They all had significant differences compared with the expression level of livers (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression levels
of miR-30b were different in various tissues, which had the highest expression in hearts. This suggests that miRA-30b may be closely
related to the growing and development of hearts. It lays a foundation for exploring the function of miR-30b in depth. |
