| 目的：探讨结直肠癌中突变型P53 基因(mP53)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的相关性及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化二
步法，检测60 例结直肠癌组织及20 例正常肠粘膜中mP53、PCNA 的表达，结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果：60 例结直肠
癌中mP53 阳性表达率65.0%，PCNA 阳性表达率78.3%，20 例正常肠粘膜中mP53、PCNA 表达均为阴性(P<0.05)。mP53 和PCNA
阳性表达率在低分化组、浆膜层浸润组、淋巴结转移组均较高(P 均<0.05)。mP53 和PCNA 表达呈正相关(r=0.58, P<0.05)。结论：
mP53 和PCNA 在结直肠癌中表达均增高，二者与结直肠癌病理学分级、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关，可作为判断结直肠癌预后
的参考指标。 |

| Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of mutant P53(mp53)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen
（PCNA）and their clinical significances in colorectal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of mutant
p53 protein and PCNA in 60 tissues of colorectal cancer and 20 tissues of normal colorectal mucosa.The results were analysed with
the clinical pathologic characters of colorectal cancer. Results: In the 60 tissues of colorectal cancer, the positive expression rate of mutant
p53 and PCNA was 65.0% and 78.3%(P<0.05). In the 20 tissues of normal colorectal mucosa, the expressions of mutant P53 protein
and PCNA were negative (P<0.05). In the group of lower differentiation, serosa invasion and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer,
the positive expression rate of mutant p53 or PCNA was higher (P<0.05). The expression of mutant P53 has positive correlation with the
expression of PCNA (r=0.58,P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of mutant p53 or PCNA was correlated with differentiation, the depth
of invasion and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. therefore, they have prognostic value. |
