关系,探讨p27kip1 蛋白在星形细胞瘤演变过程中的意义。方法:SP 免疫组化法对64 例星形细胞瘤的p27kip1 蛋白和PCNA 表达进
行观察。结果:随着病理级别的升高,p27kip1 阳性细胞百分率降低,而PCNA 则相反,两者的表达成显著负相关。结论:p27kip1 表达的
缺失可能与星形细胞瘤的发生发展密切相关,PCNA 能较客观地反映肿瘤的恶性程度。 |

Objective: To detect the expression of the p27kip1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA )in human brain
astrocytomas and relationship with the pathology grade and discuss the value of p27kip1 in astrocytoma development. Methods: SP
immunohistochemical analysis was used for detection the expression of p27kip1 and PCNA in 64 astrocytomas. Results: The percents of
p27kip1 positive labeling cells decreased along with the growing of pathology grade in human astrocytomas. However, PCNA was on the
contrary, a significant negative correlation is observed between the p27kip1 and PCNA. Conclusion: The decreased p27kip1 protein
expression might play an important role in the genesis and development of human brain astrocytomas, immuohistochemical analysis of
PCNA might be useful in deciding the grade of malignant of astrocytoma. |
