内膜癌组织中PTEN、MTA1 阳性表达均显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(P< 0.01)；PTEN 与MTA1 在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达呈负
相关( r=-0.35,P<0.05)。结论：PTEN 和MTA1 表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及生物行为密切相关，且两者表达存在负相关性。 |

| Objective: To explore the expression of PTEN and MTA1 and their correlation in the endometrial cancer. Methods: In
130 cases of endometrial cancer and 40 cases of normal endometrial, the expression of PTEN and MTA1 was examined with immunohistochemistry
