Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis significance of intracranial venous system thrombosis (CVT) of
clinical, radiological characteristics and treatment method. Methods: We retrospectively analysed the clinical manifestations , imaging
features and therapeutic methods of 6 CVT patients admitted in Xuanwu Hospital ,Capital Medical University. Results: 6 cases show no
special, 4 cases confirmed by MRI + MRV, 3 cases of DSA confirmed, 1 cases of intervention, 4 cases of anticoagulant therapy, 2 cases
of conservative, no death. Conclusion: Venous system thrombosis clinical symptoms lack of specificity, the misdiagnosis rate is high, with
young and middle-aged patients of acute onset headache, vomiting, with or without focal neurologic deficits or seizures, consciousness
disorder, CVT should be highly suspect. Middle-aged and young patients of subacute onset, should also be vigilant, early MRI and MRV
or DSA clear diagnosis and early anticoagulation, fibrinolytic therapy, such as to improve prognosis has high clinical value. |
