| 目的：研究Rab23 在皮肤鳞状细胞癌（SCC）中的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组化S-P 法分别检测30 例皮肤SCC、15 例正常
皮肤组织标本中Rab23 的表达。结果：Rab23 在皮肤SCC 和正常皮肤中阳性率分别为90%和13.3%，二者差异有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）。结论：Rab23 在皮肤SCC 中高表达可能在皮肤SCC 的发生发展过程中发挥作用。 |

| Objective: To study the expression and significance of Rab23 in skin squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical
S-P method was used to examine the expression of Rab23 protein in 30 cases of skin SCC and 15 cases of normal skin.
Results: The positive rate of Rab23 in skin SCC and normal skin were 90% and 13.3% respectively and there was a significant difference
between them.（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Rab23 is overexpressed in skin SCC and may be related with carcinogenesis and malignant
progress of skin SCC. |
