      目的:研究给予外源性Apelin-13 治疗对血流动力学、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ (Angiotensin-Ⅱ,AngⅡ) 和肾上腺髓质素 (Adrenomedulin,ADM)水平的影响。方法:将50 只大鼠随机分为3 组:心衰组(n=20)、治疗组(n=20)和正常对照组(n=10),阿霉 素(ADR)腹腔注射建立大鼠心衰模型,治疗组给药外源性Apelin-13 治疗,检测大鼠血浆AngⅡ和ADM 水平(ELISA 法)以及血 流动力学的水平。结果:心衰组和治疗组血浆AngⅡ和ADM 水平比正常对照组增高,但治疗组血浆AngⅡ和ADM 水平比心衰 组明显降低,治疗组左心室内压最大升降速度(LV±dp/dtmax)、左室最大收缩压(LVESP) 比心衰组增高,左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)比心衰组低(P 均<0.05)。结论:外源性apelin-13 抑制体内的AngⅡ和ADM 水平可能对ADR 诱导的大鼠心衰有保护 作用。

      Objective: To study the effect of exogenous apelin-13 on heart failure rats and detected the cardial function and the levels of the plasma AngⅡ(angiotensin-Ⅱ) and ADM(adrenomedulin). Methods: A total of 50 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including heart failure group (n=20), therapy group (n=20) and normal group (n=10). Rats heart failure models were induced by Adrenomedulin (ADR) injection intraperitoneally. When the models have created, the therapy groups were injected repectively with aplelin-13 for 10 days. Then we detect the cardial function by ELISA and the levels of the plasma Angiotensin- Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) and Adrenomedulin (ADM). Results: The plasma AngⅡ and ADM levels of the heart group and the therapy group were significant higher than the normal group, The therapy group's plasma AngⅡ and ADM levels were lower than the heart failure group's. In therapy group, the LV±dp/dtmax and LVESP were higher and LVEDP were lower than those in heart failure group (all P <0.05).Conclusions: The exogenous apelin-13 can protect rat heart failure which induced by ADR probably through inhibiting the levels of plasma Ang Ⅱand ADM
