| 目的：探讨原发性高血压（EH）患者24 小时平均血压水平与血浆Apelin-36 水平的相关性。方法：选择2009 年6 月一2010
年6 月在我院心内二科住院的EH 患者146 例为观察组，选择144 例血压正常者作为对照组。抽取空腹静脉血，采用放射免疫
法（RIA）检测所有研究对象的血浆Apelin-36 水平。结果：①血压正常组血浆Apelin-36 水平24.65±4.10pmol/l；EH 组20.81±
4.98 pmol/l；两组间比较有显著统计学差异（P<0.01）。②EH 患者者血浆Apelin-36 水平与24 小时平均收缩压、白天平均收缩压、
夜间平均收缩压均呈负相关（P<0.05）。结论：EH 组血浆Apelin-36 水平显著低于正常对照组，24 小时平均血压越高，血浆
Apelin-36 水平越低，且血浆Apelin-36 水平与24 小时平均血压水平呈负相关。 |

| Objective: To explore the correlation between the 24-hour average blood pressure levels in essential hypertension
（EH）and the plasma Apelin-36 levels. Methods: 146 EH cases was selected for the subjects from the 1st June 2009 to the 1st June 2010,
and 144 normal cases were selected for the control group. Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma Apelin-36 levels by radioimmunoassay
(RIA). Results:①The plasma Apelin-36 levels were 24.65±4.10pmol/l in the control group and 20.81±4.98 pmol/l in
the EH group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups （P<0.01）. ② In the EH group, the plasma Apelin-36
levels were negatively correlated with 24-hour average systolic blood pressure,day average systolic blood pressure and night average systolic
blood pressure. Conclusions: The plasma Apelin-36 levels in EH group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and
the higher of the 24-hour mean blood pressure, the lower of the plasma Apelin-36 levels were. And there was negatively correlation between
the plasma Apelin-36 levels and 24-hour average blood pressure. |
