| 目的：探讨老年胸部外伤的特点，为更好的诊治提供借鉴和参考。方法：回顾分析我院收治的43 例老年胸部外伤患者的临床
资料。结果：老年人骨质疏松，易发生骨折，造成血气胸。同时合并各种基础疾病，易形成呼吸，循环功能紊乱。结论：对老年胸部
外伤病人，在正确诊治的同时，要积极防治并发症，对治疗效果及预后起关键的作用。 |

| Objective: In order to better provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment,investigate the characteristics of old
chest trauma. Methods: Retrospective analysis clinical data of 43 cases old patients with chest trauma in our hospital. Results: Elderly
osteoporosis, resulting in fracture-prone and blood pneumothorax. And concomitant variety of underlying diseases,which are easy to form
respiratory and circulatory dysfunction. Conclusions: Preventing and treating complications play a key role in treatment and prognosis of
elderly patients with chest trauma,when we correctly diagnosis and treatment. |
