| 目的：建立测定酸枣仁汤中甘草苷含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法：色谱柱：WatersC18 (250nm×4.6mm,5μm)；流
动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液，梯度洗脱；流速：1.0ml/min，检测波长：276nm。结果：芒果苷在0.093μg-0.744μg 范围内与峰面积线
性关系良好（r=0.9999），平均加样回收率为98.04%，RSD 为0.41%。结论：本方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好，可作为酸枣仁汤中
甘草苷的含量测定方法。 |

| Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Liquiritin in Suanzaoren Decoction. Methods：The
determination was performed on WatersC18 column (250nm×4.6mm,5μm)with a grient mobile phase composed of acetionitrile and
0.1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 276nm,and the flow rate was 1ml/min.Results：The Mangiferin showed good
linearity （r=0.9999）in the range of 0.093μg-0.744μg, the average recovery was 98.04% with RSD 0.41%. Conclusions：The method is
simple，accurate，reliable and is suitable for Determination of Liquiritin in Suanzaoren Decoction. |
