| 目的: 对特比萘芬、氟康唑2 种不同抗真菌药物治疗60 例甲癣病患者的成本效果分析。方法: 选择60 例病例, 随机分
为2 组, 分别给予特比萘芬、氟康唑治疗, 观察各组疗效并运用成本效果法进行分析。结果: 2 种药物均有较好的抗真菌疗效, 特
比萘芬疗效优于氟康唑, 但氟康唑最具有成本效果。结论: 药物经济学分析结果为氟康唑治疗甲癣病较优。 |

| Objective: Cost- effectiveness analysis of terbinafine and fluconazole in the treatment of 60 cases of tinea unguium was conducted.
Methods: 60 patients with tinea unguium were randomly divided into two therapeutic groups, treated with terbinafine and fluconazole, respectively.
The efficacies in each group were observed and cost- effectiveness analysis was conducted. Results: The two antifungal agents showed
good therapeutic efficacies, in which, the therapeutic efficacy of terbinafine was better than that of fluconazole while the cost- effectiveness of fluconazole
was better than that of terbinafine. Conclusion: The cost- effectiveness analysis showed that fluconazole was better in the treatment of
tinea unguium. |
