| 目的: 观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效. 方法: 将102 例患者随机分为2 组, 治疗组52 例, 中药+ 抗生素治
疗; 对照组50 例; 用抗生素治疗。两组均治疗10 天为1 个疗程。结果: 治疗组总有效率86. 54%; 对照组总有效率50. 00%( 两组
总有效率比较, 差异有显著性意义( P< 0. 05) 。结论: 中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine( ITWM) in the treatment
of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation( CPI) . Methods: 102 patients with CPI were randomized into the treatment group ( n= 52) and the Control Group
( n= 50) . The Control Group was treated with antibiotics for 10 days; the treatment group was treated with antibiotics and traditional Chinese
medicine for 10 days. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 54%, and the total effective rate of the control group was
50. 00%, in which, therewas significant difference between the two groups ( P< 0 05) . Conclusion: It is quite effective to treat CPI with ITWM. |
