| 探讨应用锥颅置管引流术治疗急性高血压脑出血的临床治疗效果。方法: 对62 例应用锥颅置管引流术治疗的高血压
脑出血病人进行了回顾性分析。对高血压脑出血的全组病例的发病年龄、性别、诱发病因、病史、常见发病部位、类型、手术方式
以及临床效果进行了分析。结果: 手术后2- 6 个月, 按GOS 方法判定病人治疗效果。手术治疗结果: 全组有痊愈者20 例, 中残
者23 例, 重残者9 例, 植物生存者4 例, 死亡者6 例( 死亡率为10%) 。结论: 锥颅置管引流的手术方式, 安全、医疗费用非常低廉,
而且该手术后并发症和死亡率均降低。加之它简便, 疗效确切, 故值得临床广泛推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of drilling skull set- in tube drainage in the treatment of the patients with acute
hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 62 patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by using drilling skull
set- in tube drainage and their clinical data were retrospectively analysed. Results: Postoperative effects were evaluated in 2- 6 months by
means of GOS. Surgical results showed that there were 20 cases of recovery, 23 cases of middle disabled, 9 cases of serious disabled, 4 cases of
vegetables, 6 cases of death( mortality 10 per cent) . Conclusion: This surgical method is both safe, effective and easy to operate, with lower
medical expenses and less mortality and postoperative complications, therefore, which is worth spreading in the clinical application. |
