      该文阐明了暗示在班集体建设中所起的良好的作用, 从暗示的外显、暗示的落实、暗示的活化等方面说明了利用暗示 建设班集体的有效途径。结论:暗示在大学班集体建设中具有不容低估的作用。利用暗示进行班集体建设, 是让学生的自我在 集体的感召下, 实现回归自我、完成自我关注、自我设计、自我完善到自我实现的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      In this article , it has been clarified that suggestion plays a positive role in the collective construction of university classes , and also explained that collective classes are constructed by making use of exteriors, determination and activation of suggestion.In a word , suggestion mustn' t be underestimated in the collective construction in university classes, which can make students themselves, under the influences of collective , return to themselves , and complete self -attention, self-design, self-perfection and self-actualization, gradually
