| 目的: 以左炔诺孕酮为参比制剂, 探讨10mg 米非司酮用于紧急避孕的临床效果, 副反应及可接受性。方法: 采用随机
对照性的试验方法, 征集100 例单次无保护性交72 小时内来院就诊的要求紧急避孕的妇女, 随机分配到观察组( n= 50) 和对照组
( n= 50) , 观察组单次口服10mg 米非司酮, 对照组口服左炔诺孕酮0. 75mg , 12 小时后再服左炔诺孕酮0. 75mg, 服药后嘱两组对象
按时随访直至月经复潮, 并观察其避孕效果, 副反应, 对月经的影响及药物的可接受性。结果: 采用Dixon 方法计算, 两组对象各
有1 例妊娠, 观察组避孕效果达81. 19%, 对照组为81. 06%, 统计学上无明显差异, 两组副反应轻, 无任何不良反应发生。结论:
小剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕与左炔诺孕酮是同样有效的。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of administration of low dose ofMifepristone( 10mg) in urgent contraception, taking
Levonorgestrel as reference preparation. Methods: 100 women, who had once had unprotecting coition and asked for urgent contraception
within 72 hours after sexual intercourse, were randomly divided into observation group( n= 50) and control group( n= 50) . The observation group
was given only mifepristone( 10mg , orally) ; while the control group was firstly g iven levonorgestrel( 0. 75mg, orally) and then levonorgestrel( 0.
75mg , orally) again in 12 hours. After administration, the women in the two groups were told to be followed up statedly until the next menstruation
appears. Meanwhile, birth control effect, side effects, the influence of the medicines on menstruation and medicinal acceptability were observed.
Results: According to Dixon method, there was 1 pregnant woman in each group, respectively. The contraception rate of observation
group was 81. 19%, and that of control group 81. 06% . Statistically, there was no significant difference between the two groups, with slight side
effects. Conclusion: Low dose of Mifepristone is suitable for urgent contraception, which has the same effect as Levonorgestrel. |
