| 目的: 评价红景天类药物治疗心绞痛的疗效和不良反应。方法: 电子检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献数据
库、中文科技期刊全文数据库和中文学术期刊全文数据库, 并手工检索相关杂志, 检索日期截止至2006 年2 月。纳入以心绞痛
患者为研究对象、比较红景天类药物与其它药物治疗效果的随机对照试验, 评价纳入研究的质量, 并用RevMan 4. 2. 8 软件进行
Meta 分析。结果: 共纳入8 个研究, 合计样本量894 例。红景天类药物在心绞痛临床症状、心电图、中医证候及硝酸甘油停减率
方面的疗效均优于其它治疗用药, 其汇总OR 分别为2. 44 ( 95%CI 1. 67~ 3. 58) 、1. 42 ( 95%CI 1. 06~ 1. 89)、2 . 04 ( 95%CI 1. 27~
3. 29) 和1. 88 ( 95%CI 1. 25~ 2. 83) 。未发现明显的不良反应。结论: 红景天类药物在心绞痛临床症状、心电图、中医证候及硝酸
甘油停减率方面的疗效显示出比其它治疗用药更加有效的倾向, 尚需更多高质量研究以增加证据的强度。 |

| Objective: To assess the benefits and adverse reaction of Rhodiola L. on patients with angina. Methods: Through electron-i
cally searching MEDLINE, EMBASE, CBM disc, VIP and CNKI, and some related journals by hand by the end of Feb. , 2006, the quality of
included randomized controlled trials was evaluated and the clinical data were analysed by RevMan 4. 2. 8. Results: 8 studies with 894 patients
were selected. Compared with other medicines, Rhodiola L. are more effective in clinical symptom of angina, ECG, syndrome and decrease ratio
of nitroglycerin, with total OR 2. 44 ( 95%CI 1. 67 to 3. 58) , 1. 42 ( 95%CI 1. 06 to 1. 89) , 2. 04 ( 95%CI 1. 27 to 3. 29) and 1. 88 ( 95%CI
1. 25 to 2. 83) . Obvious adverse reaction has not been found in those studies. Conclusion: Rhodiola L. show more effective than other medicines
in clinical symptom of angina, ECG, syndrome and decrease ratio of nitroglycerin for treating angina. More randomized controlled trials of high
quality will need doing for stronger evidence. |
